What is Membergig?

Membergig is an online job platform for healthcare professionals designed to help you easily find healthcare jobs that fit your specific needs and schedule.

How Does It Work?

Simply list your job preferences on brief form, such as what areas you would like to work in, your availability and desired pay. Hiring board owners reach out to you with a personal messages and request to connect. If you’re interested, let the board owner know with a click of a button. *Don’t worry, your name and contact details remain confidential unless you accept the board owners request to connect. You may also visit our job board and 2-click apply to any available position.

How Do I Sign Up?

Create a quick, free profile online and that’s it. You'll then have access to post your Job Wanted Ad where you’ll get direct messages from board owners for jobs that match your needs. You can also visit our Job board to see all open positions and 2-click apply.

Am I An Employee of Membergig?

No, as a Healthcare Professional signed up on the site, you are not an employee or an independent contractor of Membergig. You, as a Healthcare Professional on this site, are a job candidate who is actively seeking full-time, part-time and as-needed employment that fits your needs and schedule. Therefore, pay rates are at the discretion of the individual board owner hiring you for the job.

How Much Does it Cost?

Membergig is completely Free to use. We don’t charge you any fees and we don’t take a cut of your earnings.

How Do I Update my Contact Information?

Just login and go to “My Profile” in the menu to update your information. You may update your contact information, address, availabilty and Resume (if provided.) And please update your profile as soon as your information changes so that board owners are successful in reaching out to you. You don't want to miss out on those perfect job opportunities!

I Forgot The Password To My Account, What Do I Do?

Please go to the Login page on the website then click the “Forgot Password” link.

How Do I Cancel My Account?

We'd hate to see you go but we understand. Please login and under your profile picture or Avatar click “Delete Account.” And if you could, please contact us at hello@Membergig.com to give feedback on your experience or any issues.

First, discover motivated candidates on our unique Candidate Job Board, where eager job seekers share their employment needs. Second, post your job openings on our board owner job board to find additional staff to help fill your vacant positions. Lastly, tap into your growing pool of job applicants who have been saved within your own personal Applicant Tracking System (ATS), included with Membergig, and reach out for additional job opportunities.

What Type Of Healthcare Candidates Are On Membergig?

Membergig is designed to help you with your Licensed, Certified and Non-Certified employment needs. We have a growing list of Registered Nurses (RN), Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN), Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA), Home Health Aides (HHA), Personal Care Assistants (PCA), Direct Support Professionals (DSP), Medical Assistants (MA), as well as additional healthcare staff seeking employment on the site.

Are Healthcare Candidates Employees Of Membergig?

No, we are not a staffing or Temp agency and any healthcare candidates on this site are not employees nor independent contractors of Membergig. We connect healthcare companies with active, job-seeking candidates.

Are Providers Background Checked?

No, we do not background check providers on this site. Background checks are the responsibility of you, the board owner.

Are There Any Fees or Charges?

We charge a low flat-rate, monthly, recurring subscription for use of the services. Please visit our Pricing page for more details.

I Forgot The Password To My Account, What Do I Do?

Please go to the Login page on the website and click the “Forgot Password” link.

How Do I Cancel My Account?

We hate to see you go but understand. There are two actions you can take, cancel your subscription or close your account. Cancelling your subscription allows you to utilize your account through the end of your paid through month, then your subscription and account will cancel. You can cancel your subscription by logging in and clicking Cancel under “My Subscriptions” or clicking "Cancel Subscription" under your picture or Avatar in the upper right corner. Closing your account is effective immediately and your subscription and access to your account will end immediately. You can close your account by logging in and clicking Close Account under your Avatar or Picture in the upper right corner of the screen. And if you could, please leave us a note at hello@Membergig.com to give feedback on your experience to help us improve.

I received an email: “Payment Unsuccessful.” What should I do?

You can update your credit card information by signing in to your account and going to My Account- Account Details. We send this notice out when your subscription is due for renewal and the credit card on file is unsuccessfully charged due to insufficient funds, outdated information, a cancelled card or received a new card and need to update the number, expiration and/or the CVV number. We do allow a 7 day grace period to update the information required. After 7 days, your account will expire and will automatically cancel. *Please know if your account cancels, any coupons or discounts used will become invalid and can no longer be used in the future.
